The Meatysauce Review is a Vancouver-based music blog with a goal of supporting artists, labels, and the continuation of buying physical music. TMR is an ad free space with a staff of well, me. I feel that keeping the blog small will allow for a stronger voice and hopefully you will become to know me personally through my musical tastes and thoughts on the art form. I encourage you to become part of the discussion in our comments sections of posts. Agree or disagree, taste in music is opinion and I want you to add to the conversation.

TO BANDS: I understand how tough the struggle is as an independent band. I try to listen and consider every submission, but sometimes the inbox gets too full or the music just isn't the right fit for Meatysauce. Please do not get discouraged if I (or any other music blog) don't post your music.  Keep writing songs that you find exciting.

If you represent an artist featured on this site and would like a file removed please e-mail me to have it taken down.  We strive to only use streaming and/or legal mp3 links and help bands/labels/record stores with responsible music embedding/hosting. Did that sentence make sense?
